This summer, The Backyard Spa Project is bringing our outdoor contrast therapy experience to Palatine Hills Estate Winery.

Every Saturday and Sunday throughout July and August, join us for a wellness experience designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

Contrast therapy is one of the fastest-growing wellness practices in North America, combining the heat of a traditional wood-burning Finnish sauna with the invigorating effects of cold water immersion. Guests move through a simple cycle of sauna, cold plunge, rest, and connection—repeating the process at their own pace.
