Community Sauna Social | Sons and Daughters

Community Sauna Social is a relaxed, social wellness experience designed to bring people together through heat, cold, conversation, and good drinks — all set at Sons & Daughters Winery in the heart of Niagara.

Throughout the day, guests move through a series of 60-minute sauna sessions that alternate between guided group experiences and free-flow sessions. The day begins and ends with guided group sessions, creating a shared rhythm to open and close the experience, while the middle of the day is dedicated to self-guided free-flow sessions for those who prefer a more flexible pace.

Each session includes time in the wood-fired sauna, cold plunges, and space to rest, rehydrate, and connect between rounds. A sauna host is always present to maintain the sauna, add steam and light aromatics, and offer breathwork or cold plunge guidance if requested.

Between rounds, guests are encouraged to gather inside the winery to relax and socialize. Every sauna session includes one complimentary drink, with the option to enjoy a glass of Sons & Daughters’ wine or a warm beverage from Field Note. This time between rounds is just as much a part of the experience as the heat and cold — unhurried, social, and grounded.

Community Sauna Social is about shared moments, real conversations, and choosing a different way to spend your time. Come solo, bring a friend, or meet new people. Follow the guided sessions or move at your own rhythm during free flow. However you choose to experience it, the day is designed to leave you feeling connected, reset, and part of something local and intentional.
