Yes. We carry comprehensive commercial liability insurance for all Sauna Socials and public events. We also maintain a separate commercial auto policy covering both the truck and sauna trailer while travelling to and from events.

Yes. Because our cold plunge pools are open to the public, we operate under Ontario's Public Pools Regulation (R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 565) and work closely with our local Public Health Unit to ensure we meet all applicable health and safety standards. This includes water quality testing, sanitation, record keeping, and regular inspections. You can learn more about the regulation here:

Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between the heat of a sauna and the cold of a plunge. This hot-to-cold cycle has been used for generations and may help reduce stress, support recovery, improve circulation, elevate mood, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Absolutely. Most of our guests are trying contrast therapy for the first time. We guide you through the entire experience, explain what to expect, and encourage everyone to move at their own pace. Nothing is mandatory, and you're always in control of your experience.

Yes. Sauna Socials are reservation-based, and spaces are limited to ensure everyone has a comfortable experience. We recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends.

Bring a swimsuit, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off), sandals or flip-flops, and a water bottle. We recommend arriving hydrated.

Most guests spend between 75 and 120 minutes enjoying multiple sauna and cold plunge cycles, with plenty of time to relax and connect between rounds.

Yes. Our custom-built Finnish sauna is heated by a traditional wood-burning stove, creating an authentic soft heat experience.

No. Sauna Socials are alcohol-free experiences. We encourage guests to enjoy wine, beer, or food after their session if they're visiting one of our winery partners.

Yes. We offer private bookings for backyards, cottages, weddings, corporate retreats, wellness events, and special celebrations throughout the Niagara Region.

Yes. In addition to our mobile experiences, we design and build custom traditional Finnish saunas for homes, cottages, wineries, and commercial spaces across the Niagara Region.
